Thursday, High School Art had their annual conference art show in Sloan - with around 500 different pieces of artwork from all the schools to be judged! OABCIG Elem in Odebolt and Middle School is hosting their annual Scholastic book fair March 18-21. Information packets and wish lists were sent home with K-5 students on March 13 or 14. This event is open to the public from 2:30-7:30 on March 19 and 2:30-7:00 on March 21. *Books pictured are about 15% of what is available!

All State Speech Nominations Skylee Rohlk, Kennedy Lerssen, and Ethan Frank will all be performing their selections at the IHSSA Individual All State Speech festival! Along with Coach Rylee Gehlsen, they will travel to Cedar Falls on Monday, March 25th to attend the festival along with other high schoolers from across the state. Skylee will be performing a poetry selection titled “She.” Kennedy will be performing a poetry selection titled “A Song for Those Who Know.” Ethan will be performing in Radio News Announcing.
