OABCIG Varsity Quiz Bowl team placed fourth of eight teams (missed third by one question!) at the Riverside High School Tournament Saturday in Oakland. Great job Falcons!
This last Saturday, the speech team competed in individual district contest in Whiting. Out of 24 events, 20 of them are moving onto state! We will compete again on March 15th at Woodbury Central. Here are the results!

This past Saturday, a group of high school speech participants attended the Iowa High School Large Group Speech All-State Festival. They were nominated for this honor after the state level contest on February 8th. They received nominations from two judges in order to attend this festival. This group was nominated in the Reader's Theatre category!
